1. Introduction

Welcome to Emerging Stars Football Academy! Our mission is to provide high-quality football training in a safe, inclusive, and professional environment. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to comply with our Terms and Conditions and Code of Conduct.

2. Registration & Fees

  • All players must complete the registration process before participating in any training sessions.

  • Payment must be made in full before the start of the program unless a payment plan has been approved.

  • Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

3. Attendance & Participation

  • Players must arrive on time and be ready for training with appropriate gear (boots, shin guards, water bottle, etc.).

  • Absences due to illness or injury should be reported in advance to the academy staff.

  • The academy reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Injuries & Liability

  • Players participate at their own risk. The academy is not liable for any injuries sustained during training sessions, matches, or related events.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or injuries before training.

  • The academy staff will administer basic first aid if necessary and contact emergency services in serious cases.

5. Insurance

  • It is recommended that all players have personal accident insurance.

  • The academy holds public liability insurance but is not responsible for personal loss, damage, or injury.

6. Conduct & Discipline

  • Players, parents, and spectators must follow the academy’s Code of Conduct (outlined below).

  • Any inappropriate behavior, including verbal or physical abuse, discrimination, or disrespect, will not be tolerated.

  • The academy reserves the right to suspend or expel players who violate the Code of Conduct without a refund.

7. Media & Photography Consent

  • By enrolling, you consent to the academy taking photos/videos for promotional and training purposes.

  • If you do not wish to have your child’s image used, please inform the academy in writing.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will only be granted as per the Refund Policy.

  • The academy reserves the right to cancel any program due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Personal information collected during registration is used only for academy administration and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Agreement

By registering with Emerging Stars Football Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Code of Conduct

11. Players' Code of Conduct

  • Always show respect to coaches, teammates, referees, and opponents.

  • Demonstrate good sportsmanship on and off the field.

  • Follow all academy rules and training instructions.

  • Arrive on time and be ready for training and matches.

  • No foul language, bullying, or disrespectful behavior will be tolerated.

  • Take responsibility for your own equipment and belongings.

12. Parents' Code of Conduct

  • Encourage and support your child in a positive and respectful manner.

  • Respect coaches' decisions and allow them to manage the training.

  • Avoid shouting instructions from the sidelines.

  • Refrain from negative comments, abuse, or harassment towards players, coaches, or referees.

  • Communicate any concerns with the academy staff privately and respectfully.

13. Coaches' Code of Conduct

  • Provide a safe, structured, and positive learning environment.

  • Treat all players fairly and encourage development at all skill levels.

  • Promote good sportsmanship and discipline in a constructive manner.

  • Ensure appropriate supervision at all times.

  • Act professionally and set a good example for players.

14. Disciplinary Actions

Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in:

  • A verbal warning.

  • A temporary suspension from training or matches.

  • Expulsion from the academy without a refund in severe cases.
